Our clients for this project had been contemplating purchasing a lake home, but were unsure that they wanted to make that large of a commitment. Instead of purchasing a second home, they brought us in to create an outdoor living space, right in their existing backyard, that brought the serenity of a lakeside cottage to their suburban estate. By doing this, we were able to eliminate their need of travel and maintenance on a second home, while still providing them beautiful scenery only a few feet from their back door. The property was a smaller space within a city lot, but our team was able to bring in a lot of creative elements to make the backyard feel like a getaway.
