The timberframe structure runs the length of the house, sheltering a built-in kitchen, smoker, and fireplace under one roofline. Below it, a 35' lounger-style fiberglass pool with in-deck jets sits at the center of 3,150 square feet of paver decking, with a circular flagstone patio breaking the geometry on one side. Tiered outcropping retaining walls and a paver walkway to the garage keep the whole property working as one system, not a collection of separate spaces.
