The 40' Whitsunday pool is the largest in this stretch of the portfolio, fed by a double sheer descent waterfall and paired with a 400-square-foot upper patio built around its own hot tub. An outcropping retaining wall with custom cut stone steps manages the elevation change between levels, while the built-in kitchen — kegerator included — and a rectangular gas fire table give the lower patio its own reasons to stay. 2,000 square feet of paver decking, updated planting beds, and lighting on both structure and hardscape finish the property end to end.
