Two patios — 525 square feet upper, 225 square feet lower — step down the slope toward the water, connected by natural custom cut stone steps that continue all the way to the riverbank. A built-in outdoor kitchen and a round gas fire table with a custom stone sit-wall anchor the upper patio, while tiered and terraced retaining walls carry the grade change from the house down to the river’s edge. Custom lighting on the hardscape means the walk to the water works as well at night as it does by day.
