A timberframe pavilion attached directly to the house extends the living space outward over a 325-square-foot composite deck — the rare Springhetti project built around a structure and a deck alone, with no pool in the program. Natural custom cut outcropping steps manage the transition down to grade, and custom lighting on the pavilion carries the space into the evening. Proof the timberframe language works just as well without water in the equation.
