On pool service
Weekly pool and spa service in Neenah, Appleton, and Green Bay. Clean water, balanced chemistry, and equipment that keeps running from opening day to closing day.
Why it matters
A pool should be a clean, sanitary, well-balanced place to swim, and keeping it that way takes steady attention. Unbalanced water does more than turn cloudy or green. Over time it can permanently damage your pool’s surfaces and the equipment that keeps the water moving.
Our pool service team takes that work off your list. We identify the right products for your water and create a maintenance schedule that fits your pool or spa, following a three-phase approach that covers the whole season:
Led by Terry Fournier, our Pool Service Manager and Master Technician, our team cares for pools and spas across Northeast Wisconsin, so your time outside is spent swimming instead of skimming.
What’s included
Clean, clear water is the result of small jobs done on a steady schedule. Here is what our pool service team takes care of on a weekly visit, from the surface of the water to the equipment that keeps it moving.
Leaves, bugs, and floating debris come off the water, and the skimmer and pump baskets are emptied so the water keeps circulating freely.
Brushing the walls, floor, and steps loosens dirt and the first signs of algae before they have a chance to take hold.
Vacuuming picks up the dirt and debris that settle on the bottom of the pool, so they don’t cloud the water or feed algae.
The filter, pump, and the rest of your equipment get a routine check, so a small leak or a worn part is caught early instead of in the middle of summer.
A water test shows exactly what your pool or spa needs, so chemicals go in by measurement rather than by guesswork.
Sanitizer and water chemistry are adjusted to keep the water clear, comfortable, and safe, and to protect your surfaces and equipment from damage.

Weekly pool service covers the routine care that keeps your water clean and your equipment running. On a weekly visit, our team:
Once a week is the standard for most residential pools during the Wisconsin swim season. A weekly visit keeps the water chemistry from drifting and removes debris before it can stain surfaces or feed algae. Pools that see heavy use, sit under trees, or go through a stretch of hot weather may need extra attention between visits.
Weekly service runs through the swim season, between your spring pool opening, usually in late April to mid-May, and your fall pool closing, usually between mid-September and early October.
Balanced water is safer and more comfortable to swim in, and it protects your investment. Water that is out of balance can irritate skin and eyes, turn cloudy or green, and over time permanently damage your pool’s surfaces and the equipment that circulates the water.
Cloudy or green water usually comes from unbalanced chemistry, low sanitizer, or poor filtration, which gives algae and bacteria room to grow. Regular testing, balanced chemicals, and a clean filter prevent most cases. If your water has already turned, our pool service team can test it, find the cause, and get it clear again.

No. A pool opening gets your system running and starts the water chemistry, but it does not include a cleaning. If you’d like your pool cleaned for the season, just ask, and we’ll schedule a separate cleaning visit once the startup chlorine has dissipated and the water has cleared.
